CRBA Update March 17, 2022

Bible Drill

Bible Drill 2022 was a great blessing, and we look forward to the upcoming Regional/State Bible Drill to be held at Burkemont on April 9th. Also, if you would like to start Bible Drill at your church but don’t have the needed volunteers, please give us a call at our CRBA office. Some of our participating churches are very open to helping other churches, providing training and support.

It was a blessing see many of you this past Tuesday evening at our EQUIP conference. We have heard wonderful comments about each of the breakout sessions and we are grateful they were a blessing to those who attended. We truly appreciate the work of our CRBA Church Strengthening Team (led by pastor John Terry) as they did all the planning and implementation. We also greatly appreciate Pleasant Ridge Baptist for hosting. May this be a start to many great EQUIP conferences in the future. To God be the Glory!

Saturate BURKE 2022

We are excited to partner with Saturate USA to pray for every home in Burke County and to give them (every home) a gospel tract and a DVD of the Jesus film which can be streamed and available in several languages. If your church would be willing to adopt a section of Burke County to distribute these packets door to door (not door-knocking, just putting the bag on the door handle), please call our CRBA office. We especially need help in the eastern part of our county. All materials are free of charge and are customizable. The goal is to have everything distributed by Easter this year. We still have maps and supplies available so please stop by or call our office for more information and/or to pick up the supplies.

BBQ Rally

We are very excited about this year’s Men and Boys BBQ Rally. Please make plans now to join us and bring a friend. We will have drawings for a nice rifle (in the form of a $400 gift certificate at Rural King), (1) $200 and (1) $100 gift certificate to Dicks, and (1) handmade ink pen. This will be a great time of fun, wonderful food, and great encouragement. Please RSVP today by clicking on the picture above!
