If you would like to reserve the inflatable screen, please call 828-437-0137. Out of the Box Idea Snow Cones for Jesus It is hot outside, and everyone loves a cold treat. Check out your association’s snow cone machine and offer free snow cones to the community. Set up in a park or even outside a place of business (ask permission first) and offer free snow cones to all who pass by. Be sure to give them printed information about your church and invite them to worship with you the following Sunday. Local Mission Opportunity An elderly lady from our community is in need of someone to come mow her grass. If you are able to meet this need please contact Theresa Branch at (828) 201-7671. She lives off of Jamestown exit. VBS Hopewell will have VBS from July 7-11 from 6-8pm.  Walker Road will have VBS from June 17-21st from 6-8:30pm. Registration will be at the door.  Burkemont VBS is July 14-18.6:00-8:30pm Register here.  Zion will have VBS from July 14-17th from 6-8:30pm.  News from our CRBA Churches El Bethel Baptist Church has an Allen Digital organ and church pews to give away for free. If you are interested please contact Justin Cunningham at (828) 437-0570.   Friendship Baptist Church is in need of a brick mason to repair part of a wall. The job should take about an hour. If you have this skill and can help, please call pastor James Cain at 828-244-7168. Oak Ridge Baptist Church The Compassionate Heart Clinic of Oak Ridge is seeking patients (18 and older). Patients must have financial needs and be ineligible for Medicaid or Medicare.
