| Let’s Celebrate Youth and Children’s Volunteer Training  The Youth and Children’s Volunteer Training was such a blessing to all who participated! Thank you to everyone who gives their time and heart to minister to youth and children in our churches. The material shared was timely and encouraging. A special thank you to Missionary Ridge for hosting this year’s event and to the CRBA Student Ministry Team for their work in providing this valuable opportunity for our churches. Timothy Project  What a great time we had at this month’s Timothy Project! Students who have surrendered to vocational Christian service gathered to learn how to fulfill God’s calling on their lives. This month, we were honored to have Music Pastor Keith Burkhart with us. Pastor Keith shared about the importance of worship and offered valuable insights on planning, leading, and participating in worship that glorifies God. A special thank-you to Pastor Keith for investing in our students, and to Mount Home Baptist Church for providing a wonderful meal and gracious hospitality! If you have felt a calling to vocational ministry and you are in high school, consider joining the Timothy Project when it begins its second year in January. November Events Lunch and Learn Financial Seminar  Church Financial Training – Don’t Miss It!Are you or someone in your church involved in managing finances? This will be a great learning opportunity for church staff and anyone who works with budgeting, bookkeeping, or stewardship. The event is free, but we ask that you register in advance so we’ll know how much food to prepare for lunch. Please take a moment to register today! This event will take the place of our regularly scheduled Pastor’s Meeting. Community Thanksgiving Service   Transitional Interim Training November 17–18 | 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Join us for a comprehensive Transitional Interim Training event led by Allan Blume of the Baptist State Convention of NC. This two-day training is designed to equip pastors, retired pastors, transitional leaders, and church leaders and staff with effective tools and strategies for navigating church transitions, whether in a traditional or transitional setting.
